Some observations from travels

Lotus Minus the Colour

For Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week she invites us to share our photos in Black and White or Sepia Tones.  The Lotus (Nelumbo) flower is known for its glorious array of colours and the simplicity of its beauty.  Used for many purposes other than just a cut flower – for food and medicinal purposes; as well as the sacred flower for buddhism and hinduism.  For this week’s challenge I played with these photos to see how it looked when the colours are taken out.  I reckon it is still as beautiful – with colour or without.
